June 28, 201213 yr Active Sky 2012 with FSX I have installed the graphics through AS2012, but every time I load a flight plan it asks to install graphics again. How can I stop it?
August 15, 201213 yr Was curious about this myself. The dialog box says "would you like to install graphics that reflect the weather in your current route." Are you supposed do this every time or do you just need to do it the first time run the program? Steve Giblin
August 16, 201213 yr Moderator Depends on what you want. If you ALWAYS want weather influenced graphics then say yes, else no. It can get a little confusing - let me give it a go - usually one loads a graphics theme or set and leaves it at that. Now when you are flying and weather changes, AS2012 will use THAT SET to display the weather. Now let's say you have saved various snapshots or themes, like SEVERE weather, SUNNY weather, MILD storms, WINTER, etc - now when you get this option and click YES - AS2012 will look at the weather along the route and select the appropriate set according to the weather.
