I'm trying the stop ATC from saying maintain zero until established.

 

Can someone help me change the approach instructions with ADEX?

 

I can open the BGL file but can't find the approach data to change.

What bgl file is it btw??

I have run into this several times, most notably Portland Oregon. Usually, I just ignore the instruction and descend to 1600 feet. But I would like to know how to fix it.

Its not in the airport file, its in the voice bl. Cant remember where it is. You need edit voice pack to edit the file, if you can find the relevant text.
