Can someone please tell me if it is possible, and if so, provide instructions on how to set up the RealityXP Weather Radar so it appears with the VIRTUAL COCKPIT on the PMDG 737ngx.

There is already a thread on this, with instructions. Do a search and you'll find it.

FYI, there's been several posts pointing out the utter lack of reality for weather radar in FSX for any add-on (as well as the reasons). As long as you realize it's simply eye candy, not realistic and as the link above points out, steals fps, it's all up to you.
