Why do my runways look like this?

Which KPHX are you running there? The default or the freeware from the library? Maybe I can create some flatten file. This could work around the problem.

I installed the Freeware that you sent me, but when I go in FSX in scenery library area, the PHX scenery isnt in there, so I cant put it at the top of the list.

Makes sense if you followed those instructions.

To Install:

1. Take the KPHX_ADE_RS.BGL file and place it into: Flight Simulator X/Addon Scenery/scenery folder

2. Take the KPHX_ADE_OBJ.BGL file and place it into: Flight Simulator X/Scenery/Global/scenery folder

With this, the airport resides in the Addon Scenery entry of the scenery library. Well, for testing, you can grab those two files and give them a dedicated folder like KPHX. If that folder has a scenery subfolder, you move those bgl files to that spot. This structure allows FSX to read it as active scenery. So the path would look like KPHX\scenery\KPHX_ADE_RS.BGL.

Then add KPHX to the scenery library, which will allow you to move it right above the Megascenery entries. If this doesn't help, I can make a flatten file which can be added to that KPHX folder. This will level the place and most likely cure the bleed through terrain.
