"I purchased FSHotSFX last week. It's a remarkable program. I've been enjoying the great AI sounds but tonight it startled me. I expect to hear AI sounds at an airport. Tonight I was flying the PMDG Beech 1900D from KALB to KLGA when I suddenly heard the scream of jet engines. I had gotten no traffic warning from ATC but turned to see a 737 outside my window! The near miss wasn't cool, but the sound was!"I had a similar experience after installing FShotSFX. I was about 20 minutes away from KORD and descending to land. Visibility was nil at 12000 feet as I th 747 flew into cloud. Within seconds I got a traffic alert from ATC........I had to respond with "no traffic in sight" as visibility was nil and with that a tremendous roar, complete with doppler and stereo effect nearly had me jumping out of my seat. A very near miss!! I couldn't see the plane but i damn well heard it. I urge everyone to give the demo a go...it's stunning! BTW, it was reading this thread that alerted me to this addon in the first place.
