I too run in full screen mode, and if I need to jump out to the desktop, the way I switch back in is:

 

CTRL-ALT-DEL

Open task manager

Select FSX

Click 'Switch To'

 

Hopefully that addresses the issue?

I know this, but after i do this for maybe 5 times FSX screen becomes black!

I also looked into that problem and I found one good solution. It is a programm called FS-SIMtimizer and can be downloaded here (for the non german speakers: the downloadlink is at the bottom center of that page labled: "Datei speichern")

It allows you to run FSX in windowed mode but it looks like FSX runs in fullscreen as it can adjust the window size so that you don't see the border of it and the taskbar. You can comfortably Alt+Tab out of it or use the windows key on your keybord to get to your start menu.

Works pretty good altough I prefere an earlier version but that is only personal choice.
