Hi

I am knew to PMDG 737 and I hope someone can help me.

 

I recently bought PMDG 737 NGX for FSX including the 600/700 extension

 

I think I may have made an error when asked to authenticate and put the 600/700 key in by mistake for the 800/900. (both keys came in the same email) I think I made this error as every time I entered the 737 i had to re autenticate it

 

The sim runs fine until I end a flight when ¾ times I get FSX fatal error. (I have attached the error log at the end of this email).

 

I tried uninstalling and re installing however when I selected the PMDG 737 it did not ask me to authenticate

This happens if I select end flight and try to get back to the fsx menu. If you ALT and then choose close fsx as opposed to end flight fsx will shut down fine. A number of complex add ons cause this as far as I am aware. Not sure if thats exactly what is happening to you but you can but try.

I'm not if this issue was ever solved but I remember Ryan saying a while back that this has nothing to do with the NGX, it's just FSX blaming the PMDG_737NGX.DLL. When he investigated it, the NGX had completely finished running before the error occurred.

I had th exact same problem, except I would get fatal errors during the flight. I found out that it was the uiautomationcore.dll causing my problem. Google fsx uiautomationcore.dll fix. That might solve your problem
