July 18, 201213 yr Hi there... I have come to the point where the Viewpoint shifting from left to right while turning any aircraft in FSX is driving me crazy! So im taking a look at my "fsx.cfg" and my question is... Does [DynamicHeadMovement] have anything to do with that error, and by changing a few numbers with-in that category will it change the Viewpoint issue? Regards, Ciaran
July 19, 201213 yr There's some power in that setting. With 0, it may go away. Same goes for the momentum setting in the cameras.cfg I guess.

Its interesting playing around with the cfg file with the settings that are provided in the SDK... Hopefully I will stumble across the source of the Viewpoint error and decrease the speed at which the viewpoint turns at.
July 19, 201213 yr Author Update: Think I may have fixed the viewpoint issue by changing this from HeadingPanRate=75 to HeadingPanRate=0. After loading up FSX twice and using 2 different aircraft to see the results, I see no further movement while turning the aircraft on a sharp turn!
