I speak spanish which is completely incompatible with italian, but I believe that what he's talking about is changing the P3D language from english to italian by using FSX's language pack.

Correct. There are some tips to use FSX language files and how to install IVAP from IVAO and some FSX AC/sceneries into Prepare3D.
