Imagine sitting 3 hours on a flight next to this one. She was erratic when she got on the plane and continued throughout the entire flight, she took out a nail file and threatened passengers, at one point she tried to get into the Flight Deck. Caribbean Airlines didn't take preventive action against her:

 

 

Diffuse the situation with words. If that doesn't work, lights out with a fist and on with the zip cuffs for the police to deal with later.

I heard "bumbaclot" and "grandmother"... I really wonder where she was going with that..

It adds a whole new meaning to "cattle class" doesn't it?
