Decent jet but "access" to their support forum is maddening. I have provided IRIS with the relevant purchase info. twice but when I try to get to the forum, I'm told that page is not available and that I have no right to access it anyway. Damn poor advertising for their product. Anybody else fighting this problem.

Hi Eric....They are a very small operation, I think it is just a one man show now.

 

He used to have a better tech support board but has closed a lot of those ops down now. He is also in Australia so sometimes it takes time due to different time zones (and he probably has a full time job as well).

 

I have quite a number of IRIS planes including the F15 and like them a lot, so hopefully you get yours sorted.
