How are you guy's getting on with these scripts?

I've just started to get to grips with this Voxscript program. Now i am begining to understand it more its starting to look very good and fun to use.

Using Clives scripts above as a jumping off point (thanks) has allowed me to add my own and trial and error with new scripts. The sky really is the limit with this (using TTS voices) and i guess some of you have some good indepth converstaions going on there. Will tinker on..... :good:

Kind Regards

Simon.

I've not been getting too deeply into creating conversations or anything like that. My goal was to create a bit of ambience and add an element of cabin crew procedures. It definitely adds a little bit to the sense of immersion, although it can occasionally be a bit of a distraction from the business of flying the plane. If anyone's interested in this, I strongly recommend shopping around for a TTS voice that you really like rather than just making do with MS Anna. And I definitely felt that triggering the various cabin announcements via voice felt a lot more natural than bringing up a SFX console and clicking to play a recording.

By the way, I wrote my scripts based on extensive experience of making crap up I know nothing about. If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations for more authentic alternate phrasing for commands or the purser's speech, they would be most welcome.

well my efforts have been just trying to create some small talk and and some additional crew interaction. Not to mention some service in the cockpit from the stewardess' (tea & food i mean, of course). But like you say i don't want to get too chatty as i have a plane to fly and the Avro RJ is certainly keeping me thinking. I'm using a selection of Ivona voices which are very good, they also are a part of my VoxATC.

Kind Regards

Simon.
