Jcomm,

You were so enthusiastic, about the LES DC-3 I could not resist putting this link up http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=17248

This is Flybikes, great bare metal for American, arguably the best bare metal ever made, and if someone else comes up with a better bare metal than this one, I would wager that Leen would immediately come up with an even better one, (if that is possible)!! :-)

Flying is the 2nd greatest thrill known to man

The 1st is landing.

Just thought I'd post an addition to my comments I made regarding the LES DC3 in post #2.

I have spent some time today changing my rendering settings to see if I could improve the stuttering I was getting and also use the new view commands from the latest betas to help in flying this fine add-on. I am really pleased to report that I have found a nice sweet-spot and have really enjoyed flying this aircraft today. The view controls have really helped me 'snap' to areas in the cockpit and allow me to select things much more quickly than before. I have even managed to land with only a couple of small bounces on touch-down!

Feel I am really going to enjoy flying this bird now, and with all the great paints from Leen making this even better. With an update on the way also, it's 'happy days!'.

As I said above, I thought it only fair to post this after my comments previously, and I'd like to thank Goran, Theo and all involved with LES for another cracking add-on.

Regards

Simon
