June 25, 200421 yr I didn't know FSD was working on an Aerostar... That sounds pretty interesting to say the least...-John
June 29, 200421 yr are they making it easier to read the gauges in the VC? this is the only thing holding me back
June 29, 200421 yr have you tried to turn down the VC cockpit settings to low, it actually makes the cockpit a little bit easier to read.
June 30, 200421 yr Actually I don't own the CRJ yet, because I fly airplanes in VCs only and judging by peoples responses and the screenshots, it doesn't look like you can read the gauges well. If somebody could post a screenshot looking .75 zoom or so I'd love to see how legible the gauges are! thanks
June 30, 200421 yr I understand you reservation but the VC in the CRJ is awesome.... All I do is click on the gauge to make it larger when I need it. It's really not a problem and if I were you I wouldn't let that detract me. In the real CRJ you actually site back from the panel just like what FeelThere has done. The VC is right on the money as far as realism goes. POSKY did the same thing with their design. Unless you plane on skipping the CRJ altogether for this reason, I'd let that issue go. July 1, 200421 yr OK but the most important gauge... can you read the airspeed and altitude at a zoom of .75 or .50 in the VC? thats the only important thing to me. And thats why I stopped flying the posky, I couldn't see how fast I was going!
