i have loaded my FSX FLP into the FMS of the aricraft. So i activate it. Please say me how i can navigate follow the FMS.

Because i press "fms) (on autopilot panel) and then VNAV so AP. But it says to me "HDG or ROLL or Stock..."

you shoud press FMS on autopilot panel, then AP and NAV for lateral navigation an VNAV for vertical.

With any of the Honeywell systems, they expect you to pilot the aircraft to an intercept course with the HDG function of the autopilot system. Once the course is intercepted, it will switch to LNAV automatically when intercepting the route. I will typically do a use the FMS to select a direct to waypoint course, set my heading to a few degrees past the magenta line and then select the LNAV mode.
