You are allowed 'x' amount of activations for the product,after this, PMDG need to reset this from their side, so in order to do this you need to open a support ticket here: http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx They will have you up and running in no time. September 25, 201213 yr I have a boxed set of the 800/900 B737NGX and have been using it successfully on my tower computer. I also use a laptop when flying at my local Flight Sim club. I tried to load the aircraft onto the laptop but have the same message as Thomas had. Do I use the same form. I have a registration key on the box lid.
September 25, 201213 yr DCS World Modules have the best online activations: 8 after purchase then once every 90 days. I hate emailing the Devs and asking them to reset my serial key rental, sometimes it takes many days or even worse if the devs go bankrupt, we are screwed if they shut down servers :(

HI joner yes, submit a ticket and ask for the activation code to be reset. this process only took me a few hours for me but it can vairy depending how busy they are. Thomas Wills Thomas Wills
