Recommended Posts

I know this topic has already been brought up but has anyone successfully installed Reality XP into P3D, or are there any other GPS systems compatible with P3D?

Simflyer's and Friendly Panels work and I think ESDG's 530 is good to go.

The 530 certainly works. I have installed it in all my ported freeware and payware aircraft and it is working fine. I in stall it as a Popup window if there is not enough room to install on the 2D.

Phil, put my name in a few months ago and was basically told to go buy the professional version of which I had a response. :)

You will have to rephrase that Mr Feldman because I have no idea what you just said. Are you intimating that you have now got a RealityXP GPS working in P3D

Edit: never mind I figured out what you're saying now. Your sentence should have ended with "no response" instead of "a response" I presume.

Cheers, Andy.

Um, I'm fairly certain that the "response" he was hinting at would be "unprintable" here at AVSIM... He%20He.gif

Well, it wasnt quite that bad but was basically explained the professional sim blah, blah, blah thing. I understand the complexity of the matter.I still feel their response was less than,, customer friendly. :) Im just fascinated someone was able to get the GNS WAAS 530 working. I no Einstein but tried diligently to make it compatible.
