Can't switch engines on Realair piston Duke

Featured Replies

I am following the checklist, and can't turn the engines on...the only item I can't see is the circuit breakers and fuel selectors...maybe that is why...I'll keep trying, and come back here to check if there is someone able to tell me what steps I am missing...thanks

I got it...nevermind.... :P

Is it turbo-engined?

Turbos are notoriously slow to start, you might have to wait a full minute or more after hitting the ignition switch before you hear the whine and see the prop begin turning.

One other problem.....the NAV/GPS switch seems like it is stuck...it stays on GPS, no matter how many times I click on it...is this happening to anyone else?

Hi Kid, is the piston Duke, the thing is once I start it cold and dark, before switching the engines on I have to actually hit ctrl+e on both , then they start...after that I turn them off, and only then I can turn the switches to run the engines...without ctrl+e...weird...

I dunno about the nav/gps issue, but as for starting the engines did you make sure the fuel selectors are set?
