B777 airliner airfoil problem

just bought 777 airliner. ..tried to install in xplane but getting. .....

Airfoil file not encrypted.

Anyone any help pls. ..

Hello !

 

Did you try to open the 777 for X-Plane 10 in X-Plane 9 ? Or the 777 for X-Plane 9 in X-Plane 10 ?

It's Boeing 777 Airliner Professional. I dont knw whether it is for

9 or 10. but i have latest xplane 10.

It's for both X-Plane versions. In the Aircraft "777 Worldliner Professional" folder you should find 2 files:

777.acf: this is for X-Plane 9.

777_v10.acf: this is for X-Plane 10.

the path appears desktop/xplane10/aircraft/heavy metal

 

clicked ok

it came --- a problem is preventing this folder from being encrypted

 

so i have not reached the stage to select v10.acf.

Hi jakk,

 

You might have gotten a corrupted file. Try downloading again and make sure it's the 1.12 version for X-Plane 10. Then go over to the developer's support forum (use jcomm's link) and download patch 1.13, it's pinned in the subject fields near the top.
