  1. You can actually Uplink the PFPX flightplan directly into the MCDU...pretty neat. Even better, you can request a flightplan from Vatsim.
  2. Hi Christopher, I believe autorudder or autocoord, cause problems in the logic of this bus. As a fallback, could you not use the keyboard rudder commands?
  3. FSLabs specifies autocoordination should be turned off. If your joystick has a twist axis, use that for rudder input. [REALISM] AutoCoord=False
  4. It is a deep simulation to say the least. After spending the last 2 days re-installing FSX and working out some quirks, I finally was able to set up a flight. Started engine 1 fine, engine 2 no hicups and then on the ECAM, hydraulic PTU fault lights up. Turns out you can't start engine 2 within 40 seconds of cargo door operation. The PTU is inhibited from operation during cargo door operation and it is tested during the second engine start, the fault comes on indicating that the PTU is not operating.
  5. The price point for me was fine. I got on the sale page, put it in my basket and could not turn back even though I didn't want to re-install FSX. Now, where did I put that software?
  6. The shop was open for 8 minutes and they doubled their expected number of sales. The servers were flooded. They are ecstatic about the sales and rightly so. Good job guys!
  7. I just bought it...lol Looks like i'll have to dig out FSX Gold...
  8. Within the 2 hour release window...you lucky guys. OUT!
  9. Thanks Ben. By the way, great first look video you posted. Part 2 coming up soon?
  10. Thanks Andrew, I'll be ready when you guys are. I wish you and everyone on your team much success with the FSX rollout.
  11. Hi Andrew, Can I ask you if the P3D version is ready to be sold (packaged) and that you are just waiting for the FSX version to roll out?
  12. Airline2sim review, in detail.
  13. first video from a user, I guess a beta tester...
  14. In the case of XPX, the teething problems you mention were more related to the fact we moved from a 32 bit sim to 64 bits after launch. As for X-Plane 11, I believe we are much closer than some think. Last time they showed progress of an X-Plane version at flightsimcon, they released it in the fall. That was X-Plane 10.
  15. You're completely missing the point. There's a good chance a BMW might be out of many people's price range. So, what do you do? Ride the bus? No, you buy a Ford! That's what people will do, buy something they can afford (no pun intended). A hundred + bucks for some people is a big deal and I understand what these people are concerned about.
  16. People are simply voicing their concerns about a product they are being priced out of, nothing wrong with that. Although I can afford it, I will wait (actually I don't have a choice) to see what it can do, as I won't be buying the FSX version anytime soon. Looks amazing though.
  17. Now this is really interesting. Looks to be an amazing simulation. My poor credit card...
  18. Good comment Rob. WT has been a long time coming but looks to be on short final.
  19. P3d isn't on my C drive. It works fine on it's own drive.
  20. Just get AS2016 + ASCA + SoftClouds, they work very well together. ASCA injects SoftClouds instead of their own.
  21. I'd say it makes a difference. Terrain is terrain, no matter what altitude you fly at. A little expensive but note that it's a global enhancement.
  22. I second Orbx Global. REX SkyForce 3D also looks promising...choices, choices.
