  1. Does this work with RealTraffic and PSXT? One thing that would make this ATC great would be the inclusion of liveatc.net, if RT and PSXT are supported.
  2. I should have added that it's not my personal opinion but that of Mathijs Kok of Aerosoft. I can't find this article but the gist of it was, the marketplace was added exposure that translated into more sales. I think it comes down to discounts. If a sale happens to come along offering a product you want, get it, wherever the marketplace is.
  3. Agreed. People need to take this into account if they want MSFS to continue. Developers aren't short-changed if you buy from the marketplace.
  4. I look for corresponding airports that can be flown between in about 1 to 2 hours time. Even better if they have real-world schedules that match them up. I use flightradar24 to find them.
  5. Same here. I was on short final to 12R in Cancun, i had noticed the vegetation below being swept around. As soon as I took out the autopilot, the wind flipped the plane and shot me to the ground.
  6. Sounds like you might have found the problem. I had previously done a flight into Madeira and all went well.
  7. 2 in a row for me. KBOS to CYYZ and KORD to CYYZ with the Fenix. The crash happens while on descent into CYYZ from FlyTampa, I'm still on MFSF 9, so I don't know what it might be.
  8. One thing you can do is, use flightradar24 to find a current flight (one you are looking to fly) and compare it's track to what Simbrief calculates. They should match. If you're flying in Europe, use IFPS validation in the route section of Simbrief.
  9. Not at this moment. I believe the dev said they would look into SAPI voices and if it's doable they would support it.
  10. FShud actually injects all the traffic and controls it. To my knowledge, no other program is able to do this.
  11. This is great news. The potential of this ATC program is over the top. Integration with MSFS will make FShud a premium addon.
  12. Yes, this was acknowledged a few posts ago by member espent. I hadn't taken into account FShud was developed for another flight sim.
  13. Yes, that's probably the answer. I hadn't taken that into consideration.
  14. Why wasn't this done from the beginning? You would've saved yourself a lot of work in the long run. The way you make it sound, this isn't high on your to-do list, or is it? Of course my option would be to integrate it seamlessly into MSFS. This is a win win situation for you and your customers. It's worth the extra effort.
  15. Yes, Traffic Control for AIG is not needed if you use FShud.
  16. Another thing I should mention, the dev has not gotten around to include FShud in the MSFS top toolbar. If you fly in VR, like I do, this is quite limiting. You need to remove your headset on a few occasions as the popup does not appear in it. The dev needs to contact Navigraph on how to set this up. They were able to integrate their charts in the top toolbar, there is no reason for this not to work for FShud. There was an update today and it doesn't appear to be in the changelog.
  17. I consider FShud to be in its infancy. There is a lot to be done yet but the developer is active and updates are made on a regular basis. One thing that does not get mentioned often enough, FShud injects AI traffic and controls it. It will make use of AIG (or whatever is at hand) and you need to turn off all other in-game traffic. It looks to keep adequate separation between aircraft to avoid conflicts. No other ATC (to my knowledge) does this. It's not quite there yet as there are certain limitations left to be looked into in order to make it work flawlessly. It's definitely the new kid on the block.
  18. They forced you to take part in the beta???
  19. Well done! Would you mind explaining how all of this is setup?
  20. For me, it comes down to simplicity. It downloads your Simbrief flight plan and you're set, just ask for clearance when ready. It communicates with AI traffic and seems to inject the right airlines, calls them by the correct callsign. I can see the traffic (if in range) on TCAS in the Fenix. Not by any means perfect but on the right track. I'm still figuring out what it can and cannot do (I've only had it for a day) but the dev is actively pushing to make it as realistic as possible. I'd like to see a developer's road map, then people could decide if it meets their expectations.
