  1. Guys, what other ATC addon do you know of that controls AI traffic? It's not ready for prime time quite yet but the dev is busy working on it. It's at least worth keeping an eye on this one, it shows a lot of promise. I bought it even though it's not VR ready yet and I only fly in VR. A lot of headset on/off going on. 😄 Follow them on their dedicated forum here.
  2. You should go to the marketplace where you bought it, they should have the updates if any are available.
  3. I decided to purchase fshud. I'll see if there's a way to get the app to show up in VR. If not, I'll wait for you to implement this feature. thanks
  4. Nice to hear from you again. The only thing holding me back from purchasing at this moment, is FShud in MSFS toolbar, so I can use it in VR flights. How difficult a task is this for you? Is there a place where we can verify your changelog, so I would know when this feature is implimented? thanks
  5. Hi and thank you for your reply. I'm looking forward to the addition of FShud to the MSFS toobar. I fly in VR, so this is an essential addition for me. Do you think your app could automatically translate Simbrief callsigns to ATC phraseology? As examples, BAW1234 would be read back as Speedbird 1234? The callsigns are included in Simbrief flight plans. ATC should know BAW is Speedbird, AAL is American, ACA is Air Canada and so on. Again, thank you for taking the time to listen to requests.
  6. In all the youtube videos I've looked at, ATC uses registration to contact flights. Why aren't they using callsigns? Also, does FShud make use of nav charts? If so, which ones? How good is Simbrief integration? This addon seems promising but looks to be lacking some basics. Suggestions to the developer; 1. Talk to RealTraffic and PSXseecon to figure out a way to integrate the 3 apps (may not be possible though). Traffic with these 2 apps is very good (with AIG models). 2. More options for the co-pilot voice, please!!. 3. Find a way to add FShud to the MSFS top toolbar, so we can use it in VR. I'd like to purchase and encourage the devs but many questions remain. I already own Pilot2ATC, give me a good reason to switch and I will.😉
  7. I also used to have a difficult time landing this bird. I don't anymore. I start reducing thrust around 50 feet and begin flaring at around 40. I don't overdo it (2 or 3°) and release pressure on the side-stick. Don't wait for the "retard" call, that's only there as a reminder that you need to have the thrust at idle before you touch down.
  8. Actually, you need to set the initial climb altitude you were assigned by ATC. Until you input this altitude, it will default to 100 feet. As you stated, it's never blank.
  9. It's a fly-by-wire aircraft. It will follow the climb and attitude you set with the side-stick (up to 33° bank and pitch). Once the desired attitude is achieved, you can release the side-stick and the plane will remain in the desired path. You don't click on anything, it's not a Boeing.
  10. Thanks for the heads up, I picked up KMIA, KMSY, KSAN and TJSJ.
  11. I bought FlyTampa's CYYZ as a stop-over until they release CYUL. I enjoy re-creating flights from Montreal into Caribbean destinations I've been to. If you're leaving from Toronto to go to the Caribbean, you might save 10 to 15 minutes, compared to the same flight from Montreal.
  12. @Aamir Have you contacted Nico from PSXT? It would really be nice if you were able to get in touch and work out a way to integrate TCAS with PSXT. Thanks in advance
  13. Download Global AI Ship Traffic MSFS V2 at the .to.
  14. Lanzarote, Fuertaventura or any of the other Canary Islands would be fun to visit some day. Maybe spend part of the winter there. We've been eying Torremolinos also as a winter getaway. Covid has kept us home for way too long.
  15. Bob, can you adjust the sensitivities for each individual aircraft profile?
  16. I would think if you made a new profile specific to the aircraft you intend to fly, it would work.
  17. You have to take into account the hardware,no? The quality, how old it is. Those settings are there to give you a certain latitude to adjust for this.
  18. Nothing is actually stopping you from returning to your sim of choice, if this one doesn't meet your expectations. That's also perfectly fine.
  19. Yeah, bad connections will do that, it has happened to me at times. Now I know to check there first😄.
  20. I totally agree. Like Bob, I've also tried them all and msfs is the best I've seen so far.
  21. I could see him and other pilots getting acquainted with approaches they are unfamiliar with.
  22. They've postponed it so the WU team can mow the lawn and do the dishes.
