Is that a freeware aircraft? How does she fly?

Yes, it's freeware...The aircraft is the Project Tupolev Tu-154B2 for FSX (most recent plane of PT for MSFS).

 

The Tupo (or Tushka) have a nice Flight model...and as same as the real Tushka, this addon is very complex to fly...It's a challenge.
