AVSIM - blacklisted in China! why?

Dear Admins,

 

why you have blacklisted China from your community forum, if I can ask?

 

Just got this message:

"The administrator is currently not permitting access to the community from your country. The blacklisted countries are: China."

 

Sounds funny for me.

We were experimenting with a new anti-spamming system. It didn't work out too well. Please try again. I can tell you however, that we have been innundated by spam from China in the last two weeks, and if it continues, we will blacklist top level IP's to prevent it from happening.

If so, then it is sad, as well as absurd...
