October 20, 201213 yr Sure they are in fact so strong. Winds in stratosphere can be incredible. Sometimes you can see 200+ knots in some area. David Chen

November 8, 201213 yr Commercial Member With the storms blowing thru Scandanavia the past week Im surprised they are that slow. But at FL320 thats about normal. Once you get to 340 and above they cant pick up violently. The jetstream has no mercy. Regards, Dave Opper HiFi Support Manager
February 3, 201313 yr Commercial Member I did a flight last week sometime to Eastern Russia and the winds above FL350 peaked at about 158 knots. Not a nice cross/headwind. Regards, Dave Opper HiFi Support Manager
February 4, 201313 yr I had 119 knots over Denmark last night with some moderate turbulence @ FL350. Cheers Jan 9800X3D | Asus ROG Astral 5080 | 64GB G.Skill RipJaws | 1T/2T/4T Samsung 990 PRO | Windows 11 | MSFS
