October 26, 201213 yr It is not necessary or required to load a flight before loading the PMDG. Read the documents and manuals included with the PMDG. Once FSX starts simply change your aircraft to the PMDG 737 of your choice then select location, time, weather, etc and load your flight. The only problem occurs when you decide to chose a different PMDG after you have already loaded one (load one on top of another). This causes the simulator to have intermittent various and unusual faults. Also as mentioned above, I would not recommend the use of FUSIPC with the PMDG. You should have no issues programming your CH yoke and controls within the FSX control settings without any third party programming software. Hope this helps. Ben Weaver SWA8485
October 26, 201213 yr I could not get my controllers to work smoothly before I deleted all mappings in FSX, and yes, as usual I had to do it several times before it took. Then I did all mapping in FSUIPC. FSX's controller comm has been a problem for years. What is the reason PMDG does not recommend this approach?
October 29, 201213 yr Author I've tried everything and can't seem to fix the issue. Looks like I will resort to using the FSX controls for my quadrant. Still seems a little wierd though. Anyways - Happy flying everyone! Jas Jaseman. Lovin it up here........ Catch us over at MassieSim32 -> https://discord.gg/B4buuHGhcr
