I can only suggest that you search this forum. The posts you are referring to shouldn't be more than a few months old so they shouldn't be too hard to find. Nothing has been deleted that I know of.

 

Maybe someone that remembers who the OP was can chime in. If so, you can search that person's posts. Might make it quicker.

Not sure, but probably here on Tutorials,

 

Edit: In the meantime to move the Eyepoint on cockpitless planes I used the Mouse to pan back, then the keyboard combinations (cant remember the keys) to adjust.

Then save the game in case you accidentally hit the <----- back key.
