Sorry to hear you are still unable to get this working, now if you deleted some default aircraft I think you should reinstall your FSX because as far as I know even payware addons use some systems from them.

It is the only thing I can think may be different on my set up, so will give it a try and post the results when I have, I do have some household chores to do today so I may not get time until tomorrow. Once again thanks to all who have contributed info.

Reinstalled all default FSX aircraft and the REDUX 3D lights, I have used your settings in the PMDG Boeing 737-800 aircraft config, but nothing has changed the landing lights are still the same, I have changed the settings in the default B737 and 747 they work fine as do the ones for PMDG 747-400 which I got off the forum, the lights also work fine on my PMDG MD 11, It really is odd why just the NGX do not work.

Good news, I have sorted the problem, there was a CAB file in the gauges folder which had not installed correctly and this was causing the problem, the lights now look great and I would like to offer my sincere thanks to all who took time out to help with there contribution on the subject which is now thankfully resolved.

Many thanks
