I am over the moon with this version, I was beginning to despair with continuous OOM messages and crashes to desktop with my PMDG aircraft, ORBX scenery and complex airports which are now a thing of the past. I can now fly long haul with brilliant frame rates no stutters and most importantly no OOM's on landing at airports such as KFSO, this rendition of FSX has just renewed my enthusiasm for FSX and with a few minor tweaks I have managed to install all my addons and they all work with just two exceptions, FSLabs ConcordeX and FS Recorder the latter I have read can be installed, but unfortunately I have not managed it yet.

I have exactly the same problem, VOX set at 40% no other traffic selected, plenty of traffic mostly Emerates filling up the gates but no traffic movement it's crazy. If Vox know about this problem they should respond sharply with a patch, after all it's not a cheap program, if you find a solution I would be grateful if you would post it on the forum.

Good news, I have sorted the problem, there was a CAB file in the gauges folder which had not installed correctly and this was causing the problem, the lights now look great and I would like to offer my sincere thanks to all who took time out to help with there contribution on the subject which is now thankfully resolved. Reinstalled all default FSX aircraft and the REDUX 3D lights, I have used your settings in the PMDG Boeing 737-800 aircraft config, but nothing has changed the landing lights are still the same, I have changed the settings in the default B737 and 747 they work fine as do the ones for PMDG 747-400 which I got off the forum, the lights also work fine on my PMDG MD 11, It really is odd why just the NGX do not work. It is the only thing I can think may be different on my set up, so will give it a try and post the results when I have, I do have some household chores to do today so I may not get time until tomorrow. Once again thanks to all who have contributed info. Les

Tried them Javier, sadly to no effect, something with my setup is obviously preventing the lights from being changed, as I stated previously it appears to make no difference to the lights no matter what I put in the simobjects/airplanes/PMDG 737-800NGX/aircraft.cfg, I have been wondering if it is anything to do with the fact that I have removed the FSX 737 aircraft altogether, having said that the PMDG 747X lights work fine so I am giving this one up for now. I will try this Javier but, that is exactly where I have been putting the lights text, and as I stated earlier even removing the lights section from this config file does not seem to have any effect on the lights displayed, really strange. Les Wilson

Xtremme, I have tried it with and without the panel entry and it makes no difference whatsoever, I am totally at a loss what to try next, you guys all seem to just enter the lines in the Aircraft config and bingo it works, but not for me. By the way Javier, we are talking about the 3D lights Redux. Les

Hi Chemanuel, you can see the lines I have entered and the lights have not changed at all, are you saying that with the entries I have in the Aircraft Config that the lights should work. Leslie.

I have tried all different combinations including the one's you have kindly supplied Srdan but, I am obviously doing something wrong or missing something out because, no matter what I do or do not put in the [ LIGHTS ] section of the aircraft config nothing makes any difference to the aircraft lights, even if I delete the [LIGHTS] section completely the aircraft still has exterior lights, I'm at a loss what to try next. Thanks for the link OmniAtlas, have been there but unfortunately having obtained all the lines of text to add to the aircraft config file and added them as instructed, they have no effect on the NGX lights whatsoever, I even copied the PMDG BAe JS4100 info straight into the NGX aircraft file removing all the original text and that had no effect either, I must be doing something wrong but what, I have no idea. Is anybody able to tell me how to get the shockwave landing lights to work with the PMDG 737NGX in FSX, I have followed the instructions on several sites inserting the necessary lines into the aircraft config file but to no avail if fact, if you remove all the (Lights) lines from the aircraft config file the PMDG lights still work which, leads me to question all the simmers who state " just insert the extra lines in the aircraft config file" can anybody offer any constructive advice ?. Frustrated.
