BSOD Crash to Desktop

Featured Replies

I am now receiving the blue BSOD everytime I load my NGX. The screen states: Page_Fault_in_Non_Page_Area

All other addon AC and the MS Fight Simulator X AC load with no problems. Everything on the computer remains

the same (no problems) except when I select any of my PMDG 737 NGX. I Did a System Restore but that did not

make any change. I have spent hours researching this with no luck. Can any help me?

See System Below.

There's an error with the way your system is trying to call memory.

It isn't an issue with the NGX, per se. Rather, it's only cropping up with the NGX because of the amount of memory it's trying to use.

From my quick research, it seems to be a hardware issue.

That's a major system error - nothing to do with the NGX. You've likely got an unstable overclock, bad RAM, overheating CPU, possibly a bad driver etc...

Your specs indicate a not too aggressive overclock. Could be as simple as a v-core adjustment. Try upping your voltage a notch an see what happens. Did your original overclock withstand the test of time on say Prime 95?

Just a guess on my part.

I did the following with no results. Still the same.

Installed new drivers: Audio, Video and Mother Board

Removed one memory then replaced it with the other stick, then ran both in reversed sockets.

Ran Windowes Memory Diagnostics twice.

Stopped Overclocking, now running at 3.51

Ran Windows Defender Malicous Software Remover 3 times and each time it found TROJAN:DOS/ALURON.A

and could only complete a partial removal?

I also removed and reinstalled the Hard Drive and Video Card.

That Malware a problem??

Should I do a complete clean/format of the hard drive?

I will even but a new hard drive just to get my 737NGX back in the air.
