Hello, I've recently downloaded the new REX. My textures are not appearing in the program and my main folder is incomplete. Any help?

The most likely cause is not installing the upgrade properly.

 

Please do the following:

 

1.) Go to your control panel and uninstall the upgrade.

 

2.) Re-install the upgrade. However, when it comes to the section of the install wizard that asks you to select where to install the upgrade, click the BROWSE button and select the folder where you presently have the full version of REX installed.

I had the same problem. And I tried that suggestion to no luck. Can't seem to find the Essentials plus OD forums on your site.

Thats because you have to register your order number first.

Thats the fun part about it. I've posted it, but they appear to have skipped over me. It's really starting to annoy me.

I've had the same problem.. noted the fix on the forums but the fix isn't working as I've followed the instructions to the t and have reinstalled the update 3 times verifying the proper installation in the correct folder.. no go... I've noticed there are click spots in the blank texture areas for the categories and you can make your choices but the previews for most of the od textures don't work.

After 3 more failed installations I re-downloaded the software from the website, verifying that I had the proper version.. Turns out I was correctly installing the wrong version.. Once I got the right software upgrade downloaded and installed everything worked perfectly. The +OD textures look amazing.. I was just flying over the ocean and was amazed how realistic the ocean textures looked.
