NGX and FTX England experience ?

Featured Replies

Hi Tom, sorry for the late reply, I've been offline until today while we were moving house. As far as UTX and GEX are concerned, they are 100% compatible with Orbx sceneries, so as far as I understand they are not needed to be anywhere special in the FTX central library. But where other sceneries are used, such as UK2000, then they should reside above all FTX sceneries in the FTX library. Also, with UK2000 airports, it is necessary to remove certain airport bgl files that are in the Orbx scenery folder, otherwise they are showing through and being duplicated at some of the airports. There is a thread over on the Orbx forum that deals with this

Hi Howard, hope you survived the move. I got it all sorted okay, moving the UK2000 airports to the top, then the UT Scenery, then FTX and everything else. It also fixed up my EGLL gate issues. I just got 3 new UK2000 airports on the special, see my sig

Nice one matey, glad you got it sorted. You did good getting your paws on the UK2000 airports, they are superb. I have 5 of them, but very tempted with the Xmas offer. I may well treat myself, cheers.
