November 30, 201213 yr The junction of the Delta river and the Tanana river. This is an interesting area. I might just have to roll back the seasons so I can see some contrast in the topography. Enjoy. Thank you. Rick $Silver Donor EAA 1317610 I7-7700K @ 4.5ghz, MSI Z270 Gaming MB, 32gb 3200, Geforce RTX2080 Super O/C, 28" Samsung 4k Monitor, Various SSD, HD, and peripherals
November 30, 201213 yr Have we been there before? Any bridges in the vicinity? Best regards. Luis Hot, humid Caribbean paradise!
November 30, 201213 yr Author I thought of you on this one Luis. Yes, there is a bridge. You might be able to get under it. I didn't try it though as the river was frozen and I don't think I had enough room. Thank you. December 1, 201213 yr :LMAO: I am so glad that I am not a real pilot, because I would be a dead pilot by now. Best regards. Luis Hot, humid Caribbean paradise!
December 1, 201213 yr Author That's the wonderful thing about flightsims. You can break all the airplanes you want to and walk away to fly again. Thank you. December 1, 201213 yr Very good Luis. I also flew the Carbon Cub under it without a problem. I had to land and check it out. I could not walk up on the bridge but I could "drive" the cub up on the bridge. I knew what would happen if I exited the aircraft as I had simpler experiences in Hawaii. I would find myself standing on the water under the bridge next to the shadow of the cub. This is the first time I have seen water flowing up the side of a hill in MS Flight. I took some pictures from the top of the hill and went back down to check out the town. When I came back the cub was no longer on the bridge but in the water under the bridge floating away with the current. When I got back in it crashed and ended the story. Other wise I think it just would have floated away with the rather strong current under the bridge. A strange world this.
