December 3, 201213 yr Hi In FSX shift+Z text always shows neatly on top left of screen. But in P3D its showing couple of lines below top left of screen, which kinda brings it into view more than i'd like. Is this same for you guys, or any help to fix this if its local to my install Thanks
December 3, 201213 yr Was done to keep P3D a little neater. The menu bar now resevrves that top section, and the red text then reserves space for two lines to display without being overlaid on top of the menu bar like it did in FSX. I'm not sure there's a fix for this fix  Danny Hicks
December 3, 201213 yr Author thanks guys, visualy when menu bar closed does,nt look so good as being at 0,0 top left. more folks that post about this at P3D support forum the better, if LM wana keep it current way. then maybe simmers will have to find a fix, will be the 1st p3d fix. Also noticed ground vehicles at aiport have red flashing info text when moving, in fsx this was a/c only, also gona try fix this.
December 3, 201213 yr While on this topic does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the font size? I have a visual impairment and have always wondered. The font in FS9 was a bit larger.
December 14, 201213 yr Can't say I lose any sleep over this, but if it does assist in improving the look of the sim, then more strength to your collective arms. KInd regards, Ian McPhail
December 14, 201213 yr The menu bar now resevrves that top section, and the red text then reserves space for two lines to display without being overlaid on top of the menu bar like it did in FSX. I have Shift-Z text displayed most of the time. When I hit ALT to bring up the menu bar, the Shift-Z text moves down. That's never been a problem. While on this topic does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the font size? I have a visual impairment and have always wondered. The font in FS9 was a bit larger. Use a lower screen resolution. The text will appear larger. If anyone knows how to change the font size and COLOR, I'd be very grateful. Hook Larry Hookins Oh!
