Thanks Harald!  That was the ticket.  

 

I think that the strengths to all versions of ground terrain textures using FS9, is rural and mountains. That actually is what sells me on acquisition. City and town textures are the hard ones to render to levels of realism, for the technical year-of-production, of this sim. I think that for other than cities and towns, FS9 can come close to FSX and P3D for anything else. I do though, exclude water textures. In that class, FSX and P3D eclipses FS9.

Hi All; I have split screen enabled in both the settings and configurator but I can't figure out how to get it to show up on screen. should  it appear automatically or do I need to do something else.
