Are you using water mask ? I used IDEE-Spain service in FSEarthTiles. It has by far best quality at LOD1 (1m/p) for Spain only ofcourse. Bing and VE is good for the rest of the Europe, but color tone will vary. Could you post your fsearthtiles.ini and tilecodeingscripts.cs ?
