Some folks here may not know what FSCaptain is, so a brief explanation:

 

It provides what FS left out in simulating the modern professional pilot's job. It gives you a company to work for, a flight and cabin crew for larger airplanes, and passengers and/or cargo to haul. It evaluates your flights from the company and passenger perspective and tracks your career as you climb the ladder. All in a very realistic and authentic way.

 

It also enhances flight simulator by making the consequences of bad weather more realistic such as thunderstorms and icing and in other ways.

 

At its most realistic settings it will challenge your piloting skills and take any boredom you might have felt out of FS by giving you a reason to fly.
