Uninstall Problems

Hi, Im getting this error every time i try to uninstall my 737-800NGX and 600-700 expansion..

 

 

Error Code: -5005 : 0x80070002

Error Information:

it says that a program is running but even after i restart my computer it still say that if you guys can help that be great...

I take it you tried using the control panel add/remove option as well?

try restarting in safemode using the F8 key and try again.

As Peter says, run add/remove programs.

The 600/700 needs to be uninstalled before the 800/900

Yes imused the control panel add/remove and I used the safe mode procedure and tried to uninstall the 800 b4 the 6/700 and still same error

Have you tried downloading ccleaner.exe to clean out the registry?

Backup before you make changes.

hello mate i had the same problem i did so i fix so you need the go to pmdg livery manager and rigth clik open run adminostor and select left side 800 ngx and click bottom remove selected livery do it all of them like that ok :rolleyes:

 

becouse still pmdg see in side have airplne and dosent remove :)
