December 18, 201213 yr hi, I bought the CS777 basepack and VC upgrade a few months ago, however I've been unable to use since that time. My problem is that my antivirus app removes some .gau and .dll files during the installation, I deactivated it and installed it, also I added the folders of those files to the ignore list, which actually worked, however the moment I used the FMC I got a message that those files were removed (again). I mean even adding the folders to the ignore list didn't help, I contacted the CS support, however they told me that they can't help me since there are so many different antivirus apps. December 18, 201213 yr You need to exclude the files/folder from your antivirus application so that it doesn't scan or delete the files-- including FSX and its files/subfolders.
