True, though the J41 appears to have been considered for it at least. There is a weather radar ini file in the aircraft folder, and references to it in the panel.cfg file.

My best guess would be that it's because it's not integrated with the NAV display and they figured people would want something to fill that void where the weather radar should be. The rest of their fleet would need it integrated into the ND. Kyle Rodgers
