This is another community created aerocache. Hmmmm. Somewhere on the longest runway in Alaska, huh? This will take some research.

Boy, that was a tough one!

When i read longest runway in Alaska i knew where it is.

So i looked for a job ending there and flew through fog at night and landed on ILS RWY 14.

Just after touch-down "bling" Aerocache earned.

 

Nice one!!

I knew this was a relatively short one so I did a couple of touch and goes at Howards, then flew down to the destination airport, shot the approach, landed short of the cache, took back off, flew through the marker and collected the cache, then back to Howards.

 

All in all, it was a fun flight.
