December 23, 201213 yr Hello, Just wondering which one of these addons really catches your eyes, for me i would say the ngx due to the cockpit design is really neat and sleek. i would also have to say the system on the aircraft is immaculate, nothing missed out. i have to say the ngx has done it for me although the airbus x also has some very nice addons however the cockpit just does not give me the same feeling like the ngx. many thanks. December 23, 201213 yr Well this question is purely one's opinion and taste as to which aircraft is better. I think the NGX is much better. Don't get me wrong, I have been logging sometime in the Airbus and I do enjoy flying it. I think Aerosoft has done a great job in creating a fun plane to fly. I also like the copilot option with-in the airbus. Bottom line two aircraft I would recommend. But if I had to pick between the two, hands down NGX. 5Take Care, Will Clark My computer: Intel 14900K, Motherboard ROR Maximus Z790 Formula, PSU Dark Power 1600, Ram DDR5 (7200) Vengeance 32GB CL38, ASUS 4090, Keyboard Logitech ASUS, Mouse ROCCAT LEADR Wireless, Corsair M.2 SSD 4TB x2, Headset Astro A50 Wireless, Microphone Elgato Wave 3, Stream Deck Elgato XL, GoXLR, Loopdeck Live, Chair Steelcase Gesture with Headrest, Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL ROG White, Custom Built water cooling, Ek Lian li xl distro plate, Fittings EK & Bitspower, Monitor LG C1 48 OLED, Desk Speakers Audio Engine A5+ White.

December 23, 201213 yr The 737NGX is of course the more advanced add-on and Mathijs Kok also says the AIrbus X was never supposed to compete with the PMDG aircraft on equal terms so to speak. Thing is though, I've been flying 737's for many years, the PMDG737NG, Wilco, iFly and now the PMDG NGX. Also I've spent countless hours in the LevelD 767 and the PMDG 747 so the Boeing philosphy isn't exactly new. The last Airbus I flew however, was the PSS 320 which of course is waaaay back in time. So RIGHT NOW I am more thrilled to fly the Airbus than the 737. Bu if I could choose just one add-on it would definitely be the PMDG 737NGX - fortunately I don't have to choice either or. And then we have the FSL Airbus soon about to enter the scene and that is most likely to be a must by. Next step is a long haul Airbus! Krister LindénEFMA, Finland------------------
December 23, 201213 yr The simple answer? ...... The NGX is the most awe inspiring add-on ever released for any version of FS. Period. Notwithstanding that, there are few if any people who want to spend their whole FS careers flying nothing other than a 737NG. Thus, although not at the absolute quality levels of the PMDG NGX, the Airbus X Extended is nevertheless a fantastic A32X simulation, and the best Airbus we've had in the sim to date.

This being said and despite all the small (and no so small) bugs I enjoyed flying the AXE. Looking forward to the FSL bus and the PMDG 777 !
December 23, 201213 yr I think a long haul Airbus will be easy to made because A330 and A340 are quiet the same as A320 i hope FSLabs will fastly made a long haul airbus after releasing the A320 we really need a long haul airbus !!!
December 23, 201213 yr Very much a personal taste thing. Personally iFly meets my 737 needs and Aerosoft meets my Airbus needs. Scott
December 23, 201213 yr As mentioned many times above, all about taste- personally i'm a Boeing person but Airbus is beginning to grow on me. Will Torrens
