As Santa was clearing customs and immigrations and getting ready to start making his rounds in the US, an FAA examiner showed up with a 12 ga. shotgun over his shoulder. He told Santa that their records indicated he didn't have a current flight check as required to operate in US airspace, so he'd be coming along on the first leg to administer Santa a recurrent check.
