747-400 problem with the doors

Featured Replies

Hello Community!

I've bought the PMDG 747-400X but i can't open the doors. I set a keyboard command for each door but the doors won't open. I reinstalled the 747 but it doesnt work. Sorry for my bad english :(

the doors dont open with SHIFT-E, you have to hit ALT till the menu bar appears/ ADD-ons/PMDG/Keyboard commands and input your keys there.

You might also need to have ground power or APU running as well (iirc)

I have the same problem. I have read and followed the instructions very carefully. I have assigned keys and made sure that there are no conflicts with FSX. There is power from GPU or APU no doors will open. What more can I do?
