January 3, 201313 yr Commercial Member Hello Darrian, What solutions did you try? Thanks, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
January 3, 201313 yr Author I reinstalled spc1, reinstalling fs2crew and the 737ngx, and I tried adding the line [sDK] EnableBrodcastData=1 in the pmdg option.ini folder or somwhere like that. Darrian Woodard
January 3, 201313 yr What most of the time works for me is starting the 737, activating Ground Power first and then start FS2Crew. I had this 'workaround' working for me some time now. I just tried starting FS2Crew v1.5 without groundpower and there the SDK error was again. Restarted FSX, started groundpower via the FMC menu, activated groundpower via the overhead panel and started FS2crew. It worked immideatly....same plane, same airport, same everything. Maybe Byork can use this info?? Eric [FSX on Windows7 64-bit]
January 3, 201313 yr Author I tried it, it didn't work. Unless I did it wrong. In the fmc, I connected ground power, then on the overhead panel I turned ground power on. Did I do that right. If I did it still doesn't work for me. Darrian Woodard
January 4, 201313 yr Commercial Member Hi Darrian, Did you do this: 1. Delete FSX.CFG file (it will rebuild... you need to manually re-apply an mods you made to it such as the widescreen fix or ******* Bojote's tweak fixes) 2. Ensure NGX loads by default into the 2D cockpit. 3. Use a PMDG livery. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
January 5, 201313 yr Commercial Member Hi Darrian, Please email me at: admin ** at *** fs2crew.com I'll help you via a Remote Desktop. It works for everyone else. It should work for you too. Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
January 5, 201313 yr Author Is that your direct email because it keeps saying invalid email? Never mind I got it. Darrian Woodard
January 5, 201313 yr Commercial Member Okay, we fixed this after doing a Remote Desktop. What happened was this... The FS2Crew installer needs to add this line to the 737NGX_Options.ini [sDK] EnableDataBroadcast=1 If you have UAC enabled or you're not in an Admin account, the installer can sometimes have a hard time writing that line to that file IF you have FSX installed in the Program Files folder (you can thank Window's security for this). This is why I always suggest that you NOT install FSX/FS9 into the Program Files folder. I recommend putting it in the root C drive. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
