January 17, 201313 yr I had left the Stearman parked at Puu Waa Waa after Kona. Just a short flight North to the Aerocache, with Mauna Kea in the distance. About to plunge into the valley. Parked on the line at Honokaa, what a lush setting! Best regards. Luis Hot, humid Caribbean paradise!
January 17, 201313 yr Tally up another aerocache. There sure are a lot of water falls is this area! I think it is so cool that you can be flying along 50 feet off the ground hedge hopping over trees. And suddenly fly over a huge drop off, point your nose down and really feel the sensation of diving into a peep canyon. That is the sort of thing I love about FLIGHT! Steve
