Where can I find free departure/arrival charts for CYUL (and other canadian airport (Airnav is for US charts)?

You're welcome. I like to have the latest charts so I use navigraph's nDAC but you can find most charts online for free.

Another great resource for everything flight related is at Fltplan.com.

 

I have their app on my Android tablet and everything I need is right there, have a look. You can download all airport information by Province or State, Region, or individual airport. They also cater to the Apple folks.

You have to be a membr to use the above. A simple way is the app SimplatesX that is cheap and has worldwide charts.
