January 30, 201313 yr I wondered if when another update is due it would be possible to modify some of the required speech to make it more human? For example instead of having to say "before start procedure" could we prefix it with something like "right, ok shall we do the" then follow with "before start procedure?" Maybe it would be possible to have two or three alternative phrases we could put in front. That is just one example. It would be great if this could be extended to other areas of checklist. It would make one's interaction with the F.O. seem more human. After all, these guys sit in a fairly confined space for hours at time and surely don't talk to each other like robots. Now I really have no idea just how much work this would be as I have virtually no knowledge of software programming at all. I only mention this in case it is not as complex to do as it might seem. January 30, 201313 yr Commercial Member Hi Iain, That would be easy to do, the problem is some people will complain that if the pilots talk like that they don't sound "professional" if they start using more casual speech. I'll consider it though for future products. Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
