February 1, 201313 yr register@ is used only for the automatic installer. That only works if your user name and e-mail address is the same as your last registration. If not, then you need to send information to [email protected] subject user registration data update. Include your current and original e-mail address, user name, and paste in your exact product code from the registration screen including any "-". This is manual handling and could take a day or two during the business week. Be sure jdtllc.com is allowed through your ISP and pc spam filters.
