Is there a way of using Android tablet for default GPS?

This touchpilot looks cool I would assume you can use fsx in full screen with this app ? what are you using it on ? thanks for this post guys.

The installer on your PC just sets up a new virtual joystick, the app has most of the default assignments for FSX set up already but you can re-assign any of the functions through FSX as you would any other joystick. It works seemlessly over Wifi with no lag and there's no need to have FSX in windowed mode. As mentioned it's ideal for any single engined aircraft including turboprops as you have the throttle, mixture, and prop/condition levers available. I really like the trim wheel, its much nicer to use than joystick buttons.

 

I beleive it was developed on a 7" android tablet and I use it on my Nexus 7 although it would be nice to use on a 10" tablet as my fingers are not the smallest, I think using it on a phone would be a challenge unless you used a stylus.
