Just as an FYI, a realistic start up is.. push the button for two seconds... let go. Ta da. That's it... that's all.

We do the exact same thing in the 58D. Increase throttle to idle, press and hold the start switch for two seconds, and wait for the FADEC to start it. Since they both use the same engine and FADEC, I figured it was the same for the 407.

Yeah, starting is the easiest part in that thing. Make sure the fuel valve is on and thats it.

The 407 is still making progress. It is currently in late development and testing. An official announcement in greater detail will likely be made within a few weeks.
